1) Team assembly starts with style, scope, and deadlines
We form each team by evaluating the client’s request, project style, scale, required expertise, and target dates. When the style is defined, we can assign specialists whose strengths align perfectly with that look and feel.

2) Roles and responsibilities
- Art Lead & Project Manager: steer quality and cadence; run reviews and approvals
- Artists/Animators/3D Specialists: the core force turning the brief into production-ready assets
3) Communication that stays flexible—and clear
We adapt to client tools (Trello, Figma, messengers) and layer in 1–2 focused calls per week if the client prefers, so decisions are made quickly and context stays aligned.
4) Style consistency with multiple artists
Consistency is intentional: moodboards and style guides (composition, palette, materials, line weight, motion rules) plus tight internal feedback loops. The Art Lead owns stylistic integrity and catches drift early.
5) Assigning people to the game
We match specialists to the project after a thorough review of the request and individual strengths—so the team is built for both style fit and velocity from day one.
6) Scaling to meet tight deadlines
When the schedule compresses, we scale the team from a vetted bench. Templates and asset libraries prevent us from starting from scratch. With the client’s consent, we can also increase use of AI for speed in suitable tasks—without lowering the quality bar.
What this means for partners
You get a team tailored to your game, consistent visuals across multiple artists, and the ability to scale without chaos. If you need more than art, the same approach plugs into our full-cycle PaaS (design → art/animation → client → backend → QA).
