American Roulette
Casino Game

A mobile-first American Roulette game delivered end-to-end: UX design, UI, 2D art, animations, HTML5 frontend development, and release-ready packaging, all under one production roof.

American Roulette is one of the most technically demanding table game formats to execute well on mobile. A 38-number betting surface, multiple bet types, and a complex interaction model have to work intuitively on a small screen without losing visual quality or responsiveness. The project required every discipline (UX, art, animation, and frontend) to be tightly coordinated from day one to deliver a product that felt complete and polished, not assembled from parts.

American Roulette Game Development Case Study

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The client needed a complete American Roulette title ready for integration and deployment. Not a prototype, not individual assets, but a fully functional, production-ready game.

The key requirements were clear from the start:

The underlying challenge was coordination. Delivering a table game end-to-end, where UX logic, visual design, animation, and frontend code must all work as a single cohesive system, requires every discipline to be tightly aligned throughout production. Handoffs between separate vendors introduce inconsistencies. A single integrated team eliminates them.

We delivered a complete game that the client could take directly to integration. No gaps, no rework, no missing pieces.

The client received a single point of accountability for the entire production scope. Every decision made in UX was reflected correctly in the UI. Every UI state was covered by the art production. Every animated state was implemented precisely in the frontend. The QA process validated the full product, not individual components in isolation.

For operators and studios evaluating development partners, this is the difference between a vendor who delivers parts and a studio that delivers a working game.

We managed the full production cycle from brief through release-ready delivery, structured around clear milestones and short iteration loops that kept quality high and surprises low.

UX and betting flow established how players place bets, how the table responds, and how rounds reset cleanly. American Roulette has a complex betting surface, and the UX work ensured every interaction point was intuitive and error-resistant.

UI design translated that structure into a polished mobile-first visual system covering the betting table, chip tray, balance display, and controls, scaling cleanly to tablet and desktop.

2D art covered the full asset set: wheel, table, chips at all denominations, and all interactive states, produced in direct coordination with the frontend team from day one.

Animation brought wheel spin, ball physics, win highlights, and chip feedback to life, timed to feel satisfying without slowing session pace.

HTML5 frontend integrated all components into a single performant build, optimized for mobile web with a handover package ready for operator integration.

QA validated the complete game including betting combinations, payout edge cases, animation transitions, and cross-browser compatibility before final delivery.

The team operated as a single integrated unit throughout production. Art, design, and development decisions were made in coordination, not in sequence, which is what allows a 10 to 12 week delivery timeline for a complete table game product.
