Anna runs production across 100+ projects a year for a team of 100+ people, and she approaches it the way her finance background taught her: as a P&L, not a schedule. Before moving into delivery management, she spent four years in banking and completed an MSc in Finance. That discipline shapes how she thinks about resourcing, risk, pricing, and whether a process change actually pays for itself. Over the past three years, she grew annual delivery from 65 to 104+ projects with headcount up only 20%, at target profitability. She led company-wide AI adoption across art, development, QA, and delivery management, cutting production hours nearly in half. Core clients have stayed with TWG for 8 to 10 years. And 100% of commitments were delivered while 60% of her team worked from an active war zone. She builds mature processes and self-sufficient teams, then steps back. Control points without micromanagement, so delivery doesn’t depend on any single person, including her. Currently completing PMI’s AI Project Management certification and GameSkills.eu’s delivery leadership programme.
